Episode 1 – Chris Kilmurray

February 13, 2017

So here it is, our first ever episode, and what a guest we have for you!

Chris is coach to a number of the guys and girls at the top level of both downhill and enduro racing, as well as being a pretty handy rider himself.
In this episode, we talk about many things like how he assesses a rider’s needs, what sort of measures he uses with athletes to monitor their progress, the importance of grip strength and how you could improve it, the basic types of exercise and movement that everyone should have in their training, the importance of your metabolism and how to assess and improve it, and the best way to spend £100 to improve your health, fitness and riding.
There’s lots of great information in this episode, so if you’re inspired and want to change your training or nutrition, then please consult a fitness or medical professional before you jump in.
The audio isn’t perfect, and is certainly something we will work on for future episodes, but hopefully it won’t impact your listening pleasure.
We really hope you enjoy listening, let us know with comments and likes on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages, give us a review on iTunes, and make sure you tell all your friends!
